Karrys, the leading gas channel logistics company in Ontario, has acquired Courtney's Wholesale effective today. Courtney's is a long-standing wholesaler servicing independent retailers and convenience stores within Ontario. Both companies are highly regarded within the industry for providing superior customer service. This consolidation will further improve the customer experience through greater operational efficiencies, enhanced technology solutions and innovative business building opportunities.

Mike Courtney will become a member of the Karrys' leadership team and will oversee the transition and servicing of Courtney's customers. Mike is delighted with the acquisition saying, “Karrys is the most progressive and dynamic leader in our industry. Our customers will benefit from Karrys' operational excellence in terms of technology and transportation efficiencies. We, in turn, will bring an expanded product range to Karrys' customers. Courtney's customers will be serviced from Karrys' distribution centres in Mississauga, London and Ottawa.
